Recorded in Melbourne in February 1988, Kylie's third single 'Got To Be Certain' achieved the honor of becoming the first single to enter the Australian charts at No.1 where it remained for five weeks! In the UK, 'Got To Be Certain' entered the charts at No.15 before making a swift climb to No.2 where it took up residence for three weeks! The song hit No.1 in Hong Kong, Israel, New Zealand, and Finland, and Top 10 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, and Norway.
